About us
Borja Rivas, founding partner of Mylegalinbox, has worked for 10 years in the legal department of Hotelbeds Group, one of the leading global TravelTech companies, leading the department in charge of legal advice in the Middle East, Asia and Pacific from Singapore.
This experience allowed him to get involved in technology projects, analysing the legal implications in different jurisdictions and assessing which are the best legal structures to work with in B2B environments.
Mauro Rilova has worked as Tax Director in large multinational corporations, advising major companies in the tourism sector on national and international taxation, transfer pricing, planning and restructuring of large European hotel chains or leading companies in the car hiring sector, as well as assisting numerous clients in tax inspection procedures.
Mylegalinbox was created to provide a global response to the needs of companies in the technology and travel sector that require tax and legal knowledge.
