During this time, I have gained extensive experience in tax advisory related to the acquisition of hotel and tourism businesses, such as in the car rental sector, covering investment tax planning and assessing tax risks in Due Diligence processes.
Furthermore, I have assisted Spanish companies in their international expansion processes to jurisdictions as diverse as the United Arab Emirates, the European Union, and Latin American countries.
I have developed strong competencies in international tax planning, integrating advice related to valuations of transactions between related parties, and have provided active guidance in tax inspection processes.
